The women on my mum's side of the family all seem to store fat really easily on their upper arms, and the same goes for me, does anyone know how to shift it?

I don't want to be dead muscly, cause I'm short and I would look really stumpy, haha.

The obvious ones; lifting weights, push-ups.. You'd have to work really really hard to get huge muscles (or that's what I've heard, my arms are weak anyway), so I wouldn't worry about that.

You cant shift fat, sadly. If you just want to tone you need lift weights (3 sets of 15: push ups, biceps, triceps, deltoids, etc). Women think lifting weights makes them gain weight and look bulky but really muscle takes up to 20-30% less room than fat does.

Yeah I've been told this before. Thanks for the tips, I best get me back in the gym.

As for love handles, I'd go for some kind of yoga/pilates type exercise, my old dance teacher showed me an exercise where you lie on the floor with your legs at an angle and lift your leg up and down.

I can't remember the exact position, i'll try find it later I have to catch a bus in a minute.

Yoga and pilates are terrible. I don't have the patience.

Run them off. Go out running, then take sit-ups when you're still warm. Sit-ups are gold. And so simple. Do the normal ones, and to the side. I usually lift my legs up when I do it, but whatever floats your boat really. Just keep your eyes on the roof, you are not supposed to bend your back so much.

Swear to God, best way to get rid of upper arm fat...sit down on the floor with your knees up and your feet flat, put your arms right behind you with your hands on the floor right behind your feet, basically lining up your fingers with your heels, lift up, and proceed without letting your bum touch the ground. It's kind of like a backwards push up. Or like an awkward crab walk mixed with push ups. I hope this makes sense.

Check what foods you are eating that have a high fat, sugar and salt content and cut down or cut out the bad things! (as well as exersice!)
