Brody is the reason why I no longer have a drivers license.

I was driving my buddy's Dodge Neon a few years back, my brother in passenger. We were on our way home from Shari's (a Pacific Northwest 24/hr diner, like a classier Denny's) sometime after midnight. I was blaring Coral Fang on the speakers and singing along at the top of my lungs with the windows down, et cetera. Then "The Hunger" came on.

Now, there's this one part where she first really bellows out this hellishly angelic wail, and I went for it. The next thing I know, I'm waking up in the drivers seat in the middle of a field, my brother laughing his ass off next to me, and the car's stuck. Fucking amazing!

I would later go on to pass out 2 more times on 2 separate days, all to that song on that note. My shrink has related it to post-traumatic stress disorder (I'm an Iraqi War Vet,) and that particular song is a severe trigger for a lot of suppressed emotion. All of it's elements combined was just too much, given my already emotionally unstable state. Brody was the catalyst that (indirectly) forced me to get help for a problem I had denied for so long.

So yes, with an affectionate devil's grin I say to you all, Brody melts my heart.
