I'm interested in bringing my 12" to get signed by Brody and Tony at the July 27 show. Going with my boyfriend as it is his birthday.

Anyone who went to past shows know if Brody and Tony hang around to sign stuff ever? Given the grass roots nature of the tour and the intimate setting, I would think they are more open to fan interaction, but I'm not sure how many skeevy Tim Armstrong queens hang around in SF to stalk ex wives.

Any thoughts?

You may need to hang around a bit to get something signed by Brody...
It was only until the bands were moving all their equipment out and away that Brody came outside to sign some stuff and take pictures.
I think it was nearly an hour after the show, I can't really remember.
I saw Tony wandering around a few times - even before the show, and by the merch. He'll be easy to get. :)

Anyway, I definitely suggest that you stay a while. It's totally worth it. ;)

I don't reckon I'm gonna be able to stay long after the gig, gotta get a train home, but at the last gig Tony came out straight away.
Hopefully will meet them before cos I'm going up early to have food out in Camden and will go the stage door :)

yep, i talked to tony too at the islington show...but there was no sign of brody. i thought she didn't come out because of all that stage dive hysteria at the end.
but i only hung around for like 20 or 30 minutes after the show

Yeah, I broke out my iPhone and took some pics, and even some video of Mini Mansions and when Spinnerette were doing "Distorting A Code", but the audio is rrrrrrough.

The show was AMAZING though.... Even down to the little interlude the band did while Brody went to go powder her nose.......

Dude, did anyone get to meet Brody? I stayed until like 1 in the morning when the drummer (pissed him off by asking if he was a roadie) claimed that she went to a bar.
Just wondering if he was lying or not.

Show rocked hard, except from the douches behind me who kept trying to bisect me with the table barrier. Tony was a sweetheart. Hope everyone else enjoyed it as much as I did.

Had such a blast. Met Brody's sis Maddy which was super exciting. It was her first (fantastic) night working the merch table. She was sooo cute. <3 Didn't see Brody, she was AWOL both before and after the gig. Talked with Tony, he was cute. Said the first thing they thought about was how I'd be pissed the Orangevale show got cancelled. LOL

Ppl that I was with took photos. Once we get things sorted over here, I will share. Anyone get any video or anything? The show was soo fucking amazing. Best gig I've seen Spinnerette do to date.

Where were you situated? There were a lot of douchebags in the very front. I was by the right side of the stage and the amps.

PS. Did anyone else love Mini Mansions, cuz I did. I thought their stuff was really cool and the one dude is a fucking crazy drummer (the lead singer, I presume, with long stringy hair). Some chick in a pastel plaid shirt was texting how the 2 opening bands were "indie crap, not very punk rock" and how she was "kind of annoyed" and how seeing Brody was "really important".

LOL.

Yeah, when the two dudes were on the guitars and the baby-faced hottie was at the keys, he was running one of those casio beatz, haha. I didn't like that either... But the song they opened with was pretty sweet.

LOL.

I was front row, center. Like literally that's why I didn't recognize the drummer - I couldn't see through Brody. All these dicks behind me seemed to think if they kept pushing hard enough I would just disappear and they would be in the front instead. It was like no, sorry, I'm solid :[

Mini Mansions were good, which is a shame because Shuman seemed to be fronting them and he was such a dick to me at the Jubilee show I went to.
